Self-Help

 

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an innate art that each of us practices unknowingly on a daily basis. We cradle our head with our hands while relaxing in a hammock. Babies suck their thumbs. We unconsciously hold our fingers in class, at the movies, while in a business meeting.  This is our natural attempt to harmonize and support our own energy system.


When we practice self-help with awareness, we can lower our stress level, reduce body pain, and drift back to sleep when we awaken for our nightly worry session.


The following three pamphlets are downloadable in a pdf format. Broken into three sections, each one gives an overview of the specific type of self-help being utilized, how to apply self-help in general, and illustrates the actual holds.
